Andrea Kulberg PhD, CEDS
Clinical Director
Dr. Kulberg is a licensed psychologist with 25 years of experience in the treatment of anxiety and eating disorders, and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She has been trained through the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) in the use of Exposure with Response Prevention, the #1 treatment for anxiety. Dr. Kulberg often speaks at national conferences such as the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and the IOCDF. Her past employers include various hospital, residential and outpatient settings, including the Child & Adolescent Eating Disorder Program at Eating Recovery Center in Denver. She has also taught undergraduate and graduate level psychology courses.

Dr. Madison Pappous
Registered Psychological Associate
Dr. Madison Pappous is a registered Psychological Associate. She earned her master's and doctoral degrees at California Lutheran University. Dr. Pappous is trained in ERP, CBT, DBT, and ACT. Her clinical background includes providing outpatient and intensive outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, children, and their families struggling with moderate to severe OCD, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma. Dr. Pappous is passionate about utilizing evidence-based treatments that provide the best possible care, while also understanding the unique experiences everyone brings into therapy. She works to understand client's values and individualize treatment for each client and their family.

Alexandra Neff
MFT Associate
Alexandra Neff is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who pursued undergraduate studies at Chapman University, where she earned dual degrees in Communication and Psychology before earning her master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Alex has experience conducting individual and family therapy with adults in residential treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. She is trained in CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT and group therapy using the Seeking Safety format.

Robby Salomon
MFT Associate
Robby Salomon is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and is trained in CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT and IFS therapies. He has experience in treating anxiety, depression, substance use and codependency issues. Prior to completing his Masters in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University in Santa Barbara, Robby was a dedicated college golfer with a passion for sports psychology. Coming from a large family of 10 siblings, he deeply understands complex family dynamics. His hobbies include playing hockey and beach volleyball, and enjoying film. Robby believes in the resilience of every individual and is passionate about guiding clients through their struggles toward healing and growth.

Elliot Geyzer
Counselor In Training
Elliot Geyzer is pursuing his PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Alliant International University and is completing his practicum at Anxiety Experts. He is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family-Based Treatment (FBT). Elliot has experience providing individual and group support in residential and outpatient treatment settings, as well as behavioral support training. His clinical experience includes supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe mental illness. His hobbies include making music, playing video games, swimming, and going to the beach. Elliot is passionate about fostering resilience, supporting development, and building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy and awareness.

Dr. Sarah Weber
Registered Psychological Associate
Dr. Sarah Weber is a registered Psychological Associate. She earned her master’s and doctoral degrees at California Baptist University. Dr Weber is trained in ERP, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, CPT, and ACT. She enjoys helping clients with relationship concerns related to trauma and uses a multilayered ecological approach to the understanding of clinical cases. Her previous experience includes work in university counseling centers with a special emphasis on trauma informed care and veteran/first responder support. Additionally, she has worked in settings focused on substance use recovery, sexual assault and abuse recovery.

Jeanette Aguayo
Licensed MFT
Jeanette is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her master’s degree from California Lutheran University. She is a bilingual clinician, and her clinical background includes providing outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, children and their families struggling with moderate to severe anxiety, depression, behavioral problems and family conflict. Additionally, she worked at a residential facility for adults with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. Jeanette has been certified by the International OCD Foundation in ERP; she is also experienced with CBT, ACT and group therapy.

Elizabeth Kennedy
MFT Associate
Elizabeth Kennedy is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Her therapeutic approach is enriched by training in Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing her to provide tailored interventions for individuals grappling with anxiety, grief, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders and depression. Her clinical experience includes providing individual and group therapy at Exodus Recovery’s Crisis Residential Treatment Center to patients living with chronic mental illness, as well as offering individual and family therapy at Southern California Counseling Center, where she trained in the The Gottman Method, Family Systems and The Community Resiliency Model (CRM).

Mitchell Bogatz
Counselor In Training
Mitchell Bogatz is pursuing his MS degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Grand Canyon University, where he has received Dean’s and Epsilon Society Honors. He has completed his clinical coursework and is currently earning his practicum hours at Anxiety Experts. Mitchell has been trained by our Clinical Director Dr Andrea Kulberg in Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He is also committed to employing Family Based Treatment (FBT) for clients with eating disorders. Additionally, Mitchell is proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), logotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Raymundo Cervantes
Counselor In Training
Raymundo Cervantes earned his Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills and is currently pursuing his PhD in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Clinical Health Psychology at Alliant International University, Los Angeles. He is a bilingual clinician with diverse clinical experience with various presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, addiction and behavioral issues. Raymundo is trained in ERP and ACT, as well as FBT for disordered eating. Additionally, Raymundo has extensive research experience in mood disorders and neuropsychology.

Sarah Walsh, RD, CSSD

Registered Dietitian
Sarah Walsh is a registered dietitian with 11 years of experience. She graduated from Iowa State University with bachelors' and master’s degrees in Dietetics and Exercise Science respectively. She is a Certified Sports Specialty Dietitian (CSSD) and has served on multidisciplinary sports medicine teams while helping professional, collegiate, and tactical athletes move away from dieting and build a healthy relationship with food and body. Sarah has also worked for Eating Recovery Center’s Virtual Intensive Outpatient Eating Disorder Program. In addition to her current work for Anxiety Experts, Sarah is the dietitian for the Chicago Red Stars professional women’s soccer team.
Nicole Hayes, RD

Registered Dietitian
Nicole is a registered dietitian who has a passion for helping her clients develop a relationship with food that allows them to enjoy all of the benefits that food has to offer, from energy, to enjoyment, to socialization and community and believes that all food serves a purpose and can be part of a nourished life. Nicole specializes in working with clients with ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food intake disorder) and disordered eating.
Nicole received a bachelor’s degree in culinary nutrition from Johnson and Wales University and completed her clinical training through Metropolitan State University in Denver. She received her Master of Science from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Prior to working in the out patient setting, Nicole worked at Eating Recovery Center at inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care.

Shelby Phillips
Intake Coordinator and Scheduler
Shelby Phillips has four years of experience in the healthcare industry and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration. She is passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare field and is inspired by the opportunity to help others. Outside of her professional life, Shelby enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her family and friends. A proud mother of two beautiful girls, she balances her career and personal life with grace and commitment.

Ciarra Henderson
Digital Marketing Manager
Ciarra earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism from Georgia State University and holds a master’s of Divinity from Emory University. She has nine years of social media marketing and graphic design experience working within the entertainment, education, law, beauty and medical industries. Ciarra’s duties at Anxiety Experts range from content creation for ads and social media, to website management and video editing. She is dedicated to finding solutions for a better patient experience.
