Our Therapists
Andrea Kulberg PhD, CEDS
Clinical Director
Dr. Kulberg is a licensed psychologist with 25 years of experience in the treatment of anxiety and eating disorders, and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She has been trained through the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) in the use of Exposure with Response Prevention, the #1 treatment for anxiety. Dr. Kulberg often speaks at national conferences such as the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and the IOCDF. Her past employers include various hospital, residential and outpatient settings, including the Child & Adolescent Eating Disorder Program at Eating Recovery Center in Denver. She has also taught undergraduate and graduate level psychology courses.

Grace Stirling
Licensed MFT
Grace is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Prior to joining Anxiety Experts, she worked in the treatment of eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety and depression in partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs. Grace has also been a Clinical Supervisor in Applied Behavioral Analysis and a school counselor for adolescents. Grace is trained in ERP, ACT, CBT and DBT.
Alexandra Neff
MFT Associate
Alexandra Neff is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who pursued undergraduate studies at Chapman University, where she earned dual degrees in Communication and Psychology before earning her master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Alex has experience conducting individual and family therapy with adults in residential treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. She is trained in CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT and group therapy using the Seeking Safety format.
Robby Salomon
MFT Associate
Robby Salomon is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and is trained in CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT and IFS therapies. He has experience in treating anxiety, depression, substance use and codependency issues. Prior to completing his Masters in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University in Santa Barbara, Robby was a dedicated college golfer with a passion for sports psychology. Coming from a large family of 10 siblings, he deeply understands complex family dynamics. His hobbies include playing hockey and beach volleyball, and enjoying film. Robby believes in the resilience of every individual and is passionate about guiding clients through their struggles toward healing and growth.
Dr. Sarah Weber
Registered Psychological Associate
Dr. Sarah Weber is a registered Psychological Associate. She earned her master’s and doctoral degrees at California Baptist University. Dr Weber is trained in ERP, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, CPT, and ACT. She enjoys helping clients with relationship concerns related to trauma and uses a multilayered ecological approach to the understanding of clinical cases. Her previous experience includes work in university counseling centers with a special emphasis on trauma informed care and veteran/first responder support. Additionally, she has worked in settings focused on substance use recovery, sexual assault and abuse recovery.
Jeanette Aguayo
Licensed MFT
Jeanette is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her master’s degree from California Lutheran University. She is a bilingual clinician, and her clinical background includes providing outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, children and their families struggling with moderate to severe anxiety, depression, behavioral problems and family conflict. Additionally, she worked at a residential facility for adults with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. Jeanette has been certified by the International OCD Foundation in ERP; she is also experienced with CBT, ACT and group therapy.
Elizabeth Kennedy
MFT Associate
Elizabeth Kennedy is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Her therapeutic approach is enriched by training in Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing her to provide tailored interventions for individuals grappling with anxiety, grief, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders and depression. Her clinical experience includes providing individual and group therapy at Exodus Recovery’s Crisis Residential Treatment Center to patients living with chronic mental illness, as well as offering individual and family therapy at Southern California Counseling Center, where she trained in the The Gottman Method, Family Systems and The Community Resiliency Model (CRM).

Sarah Walsh, RD, CSSD
Registered Dietitian
Sarah Walsh is a registered dietitian with 11 years of experience. She graduated from Iowa State University with bachelors' and master’s degrees in Dietetics and Exercise Science respectively. She is a Certified Sports Specialty Dietitian (CSSD) and has served on multidisciplinary sports medicine teams while helping professional, collegiate, and tactical athletes move away from dieting and build a healthy relationship with food and body. Sarah has also worked for Eating Recovery Center’s Virtual Intensive Outpatient Eating Disorder Program. In addition to her current work for Anxiety Experts, Sarah is the dietitian for the Chicago Red Stars professional women’s soccer team.
MaryRose Brown, RD
Registered Dietitian
MaryRose Brown, is a Registered Dietitian that embraces a Health at Every Size (HAES) and "all foods fit" approach in her practice. With 5 years of experience working with eating disorders and disordered eating, she believes in honoring and nourishing all bodies, guiding individuals to cultivate positive relationships with food and themselves. Specializing in adolescents, teens, and emerging adults with eating disorders, including ARFID, MaryRose empowers her clients to build confidence around food exploration and transform mealtimes into positive experiences.
MaryRose's journey began with a culinary nutrition degree from Johnson and Wales University in Denver. She gained valuable experience teaching cooking and nutrition classes across different age groups and organizations. Through internships and her work at the Eating Recovery Center, MaryRose honed her expertise in treating eating disorders, applying a Family-Based Treatment (FBT) approach in her work with children, adolescents, and families. Outside of her professional endeavors, MaryRose enjoys embarking on adventures both in and outside of Colorado with her family.

Patricia Sandoval
Case Manager
Patricia earned her bachelor's degree in Human Biology from the University of California, Merced in 2019. She then continued her education at Cal State LA where she participated in Spinal Cord Injury research on rodents in the Neuroplasticity Lab. In December of 2023, Patricia successfully defended her thesis and completed her Master’s in Kinesiology. Patricia wishes to pursue a career in medicine by aspiring to become a surgeon. She is also a member of the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) and the Society for Neuroscience (SFN). In her free time, Patricia enjoys taking hot yoga classes, baking, traveling,
and game nights with friends.
Ciarra Henderson
Digital Marketing Manager
Ciarra earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism from Georgia State University and holds a master’s of Divinity from Emory University. She has nine years of social media marketing and graphic design experience working within the entertainment, education, law, beauty and medical industries. Ciarra’s duties at Anxiety Experts range from content creation for ads and social media, to website management and video editing. She is dedicated to finding solutions for a better patient experience.
